Why don't people just listen and do their darn job?!
What can I say to really get through to this person?
How can I ensure this situation moves forward?
"For decades, I have worked directly and closely with employees to understand what matters, and with leaders on how to effectively meet these needs.
My own personality assessments all tip the scale on interpersonal relationship and emotional and social skills. I've been applying the intelligence gained from my work and life experience to how I communicate, and have seen the incredibly positive impact on people and relationships firsthand."
